There are so many online bingo sites now, and it can be seriously confusing to determine which is worthy of your time and money. By the name alone, Bingo.com sounds like it would be THE place for online bingo. I’ll take a look and see if they deserve the definite article, or if they’re merely being simplistic for lack of inspiration.

Gameplay 8/10

I was a little disappointed to be denied a quick preview at first, as clicking on the games section takes you straight to a sign-up page. I don’t know about you, but I like to see what I’m signing up for before I give out any info. Still, it all proved to be worth it in the end, as Bingo.com has a wonderful variety of games from classic bingo and progressive bingo all the way to slots and unique games. The graphic style is cute and adds flavor without getting in the way of the gameplay.

With just about every taste taken care of, you’ll be hard pressed to want something out of bingo that Bongo.com fails to offer.

Promotions 10/10

£15 free is a nice incentive to sign up, and they have a new bonus on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis (on the order of £100’s, £1000’s, and £10,000’s, respectively!). 101% on all deposits, birthday bonuses, chat quiz games, and free bingo (with real winnings) are some more unmissable opportunities to make your online bingo money go even further.

Customer Service 8/10

Help at Bingo.com is as literal as the name (help@bingo.com). But they also have a toll-free customer service number and of course the chat is constantly staffed so you have live help if you ever run into an issue while playing. Chances are that you won’t; the security and software is rock-solid, and they deal with vast amounts of traffic every day. On the other hand, it’s nice to know that the personal attention will be there if something does ever come up.

Wrap Up

I was prepared to be uninspired by Bingo.com, but they do all that a bingo player needs from an online bingo website (and more!). Nothing about them makes me especially ecstatic, but everything is solid, enjoyable, and I do feel that I am well provided for. If you are looking to play a little (or a lot of) bingo, there are few better places you could spend your time and money.
