The FAQs are actually pretty useful, covering a fair percentage of the most common problems that can occur, and the other information (terms and conditions, fair play info, et cetera) is easily accessed when you need to look up something specific.

Still, for most people support equals personal attention, so it’s a good thing that Challenge Casino has both telephone and live chat available 24/7. Calls are always toll-free (even if they have to call you back, which they’ll do if you send them your number in an email!) and staffed with multi-lingual representatives to make it as convenient as possible.
