There is very good news and somewhat bad news, depending on where you are playing from. EuroGrand’s gaming software is Playtech Software Limited, so as long as you don’t happen to be from the U.S., you’ll be more than satisfied. The quality is impressive enough, but the variety is amazing…I’m seeing games here that I didn’t know existed. Even with impeccable versions of my favorites (the blackjack is perfect and the baccarat looks so good that I almost forgot that I still don’t quite understand how to play), it’s still nice to know that I have a wealth of unique and engrossing options for my between-times.

Oh, and the mobile games are a very nice option, with impressive variety and extensive compatibility. Traveling gamblers have fewer online options, so it’s good to find one that covers so many bases.

I’m unsure whether I’m impressed or very impressed with EuroGrand’s bonuses. For one thing, they have multiple sign-up bonuses depending on the amount you wish to deposit (thankfully, they didn’t call them the Royalty, Bourgeoisie, and Proletariat bonuses) and you also get bonuses for the second and third deposits. Add that to refer-a-friend and comp point bonuses, and you have an online casino that is more than willing to repay you for your loyalty and repeat business!

EuroGrand offers 24/7 live chat, with phone and email options as well. The self-help & FAQ section is extensive, and browsing the account options and settings I got the distinct feeling that the people at EuroGrand are generally more internet-savvy than you’d expect at many other online casinos.
