It’s not a perfect solution — a 24/7 contact, phone or chat, might have been more impressive — but having dealt with various customer support schemes I can testify that a talk with an actual employee during limited business hours is more useful than a talk with a semi-knowledgeable operator who just happens to be available anytime.

Wrap Up

Intertops is on the short list for a reason: they do what they do better than almost everyone else. They have some tough competition at the top, but (aside from my whining about customer service issues that I haven’t even had yet) I have no complaints. The bets I want to make are there, the info about the games and teams and players is right there, and everything else you could possibly want to know is — you guessed it — right there. I appreciate any sportsbook that makes it clear and easy enough even for simple-minded guys like me.
