PartyBingo is the bingo arm of the company that brought us PartyPoker and PartyCasino. Their other ventures were respectable and fun but often lacking the excellence to push them into the top ranks of either genre. Will PartyBingo break the curse of three or will it be fated to pleasantly mediocre performance?

Gameplay 9/10

Personally, I was impressed by the games. The graphics do a better job of straddling that comfortable line between feminine and childish than most bingo sites. The interface is user-friendly, even with more options than I’m used to seeing on many online bingo games.

Perhaps I’ve grown accustomed to the online-only bingo games, but there seemed to be much more variety and customization choices than average. I never had an issue with speed or stability, and the time between my first second on the site to my first live bingo game could be counted in scant minutes.

Promotions 7/10

The people at PartyBingo are either modest or new at marketing, because it wasn’t until I actually went to the sign-up page that I discovered they have a match bonus of 100% and a £20 worth of free cards. Not bad at all!

The current jackpot is over £3,000,000 already, so there’s no shortage of jackpots and rewards. Still, I never saw any mention of the little incentives, cash back offers, gifts, and grand prizes that most online bingo sites make sure you see on every page. Does this mean that PartyBingo has a limited bonus offering or just a poorly designed site?

Customer Service 8/10

No problems with customer service; 24/7 phone and chat available, as is email. and, of course, so very friendly and helpful CMs are always going to take care of issues as they happen. I don’t worry about my account or finding help when I need it, and I don’t worry about technical support with the software. The community seems to be warm and friendly, and extra personal touches like a dedicated community page make PartyBingo seem less of a business division and more like a fun place to hang out.

Wrap Up

I get a warm and fuzzy feeling from PartyPoker that I never would have expected. I am so unexpectedly impressed by the online bingo site that I’m starting to wonder if the other Party sites may have been better than I remembered. The only odd omission is in the area of promotions — if they were able to make membership seem more attractive, I’m sure they’d be one of the best online bingo sites to beat. As things stand now, they are an extremely pleasant runner-up.
