PartyPoker was one of the first online poker rooms on the scene, having been established by the PartyGaming group in early 2001.  This time has offered them the opportunity to build up a reputation for excellent customer service.  In recent times, it has suffered due to United States gambling laws which prevented them from accepting US players on pay tables.  This has not, however, diminished the quality of their services for players in Europe and Asia.
