PKRCasino has two things going for it: the above mentioned progressive bonuses and their solid deposit bonuses.  The progressive jackpots are a common feature for slots but it is a recent innovation to start including them in featured table games.  Players odds increase significantly when they’re playing on a table that features a progressive jackpot, which is always good news for the players.

Their deposit bonus is a respectable 100% return on up to $200.  This is a decent bonus for an online casino and players should be able to easily take advantage of the full bonus.  As with all online casinos, it does take a little work (and luck) to get your entire bonus returned to you if the only money deposited was the max bonus, but it is is a reasonable return rate unlike some online casinos which often string their players along for much too long.

Customer Service 7/10

Customer Service is adequate at PKRCasino, but it could be better.  Sadly, PKRCasino has neglected to include any phone support for their users.  Players have the option of using either e-mail or live chat.  Even the e-mail can be a bit frustrating, as they do not provide you a real e-mail address, but a form letter to be filled out instead.

Still, the response time is very fast and the live chat is always useful, especially for immediate response on rules or other questions that might normally be directed at a dealer or a pit manager in a regular casino.

Wrap Up

PKRCasino is one of the best online casinos.  While they do have some issues to resolve with their customer support services, the sheer joy of playing online poker using the PKR client outweighs nearly any complaints a customer might levy at the company.  Plenty of games, good bonuses, and progressive jackpots applied in new and exciting ways all combine to make for a winning casino experience.
