While the Players Only Casino (think of it as “next door”) offers plenty of classic and modern casino games for those who want diversity, the Poker site is understandably much more focused. Does it make it on its own, or should it spend another year at home?

Players Only also boasts $5,000,000 guaranteed in prize money every month, which apparently doesn’t even include the special $250,000 event (hosted once per month). Tournament-hoppers are going to need a reason to stay away, and the faithful will have an even better chance to get rewarded.

Live chat and a toll-free number go a long way toward making me feel safe, but the high level of technology and the Players only reputation take me the full distance. A poker-specific email address is also available, for those things which must be written.

Wrap Up

I haven’t seen another “one-stop shopping” gambling website that is a great Poker site as well as a great casino and sportsbook. Even the highest-quality UK gambling sites that do casino games and sportsbook duties with plenty of class seem to drop the ball when it comes to poker.

And it must be said that Players Only Poker holds its own with any of the best poker rooms on the ‘net…though perhaps the two or three “very best” poker rooms may still have a slight edge in traffic and tournaments — for now. Players Only has already gained so much ground that we may see them jockeying for those top spots within a year’s time.
