Awww…no phone, and both email and live chat are handled offsite by the World Bingo Network (and live chat was offline when I visited). There’s also no help page or FAQs on the site. Let’s hope really hard that you don;t have problems at USA Bingo — and, to be fair, there’s no reason to think that you will. The chat monitors (CMs) are always available and will certainly do their best to get you the assistance that you need.

A great batch of promotions tops off a no-frills website and software. Overall, USA Bingo comes out well above average in a market full of humdrum online bingo websites. There’s quite a bit to the fun of online bingo that has nothing to do with the extras and non-essentials that so many sites fill up on. USA Bingo has a very respectable main course and a healthy choice of sides. Still, unless you happen to have a rapport with their particular bingo chat community, you may want to try before you buy.
